Course Description:
This class is for anyone who loves history or musicals…or both! We’ll be digging deeper into the old and new Broadway musicals, while learning about the history of their plots, scripts, and time period. Some musicals we’ll be covering are Come From Away, Hamilton, Les Miserables, and Anastasia. Along with discussing musicals, we will be reading related books and listening to the music numbers.
